Reference data, so a class (decision D4). Also the payload of GetFilingAsync(string, CancellationToken), where decision D16 verifies the shape. The three dates are bare strings in the description and compact digits on the wire, yyyyMMdd and yyyyMMddHHmmss, so they stay strings rather than binding a type that renders another form (D-R9). The wire also carries main_file_url and xbrl_instance_url, which the description does not declare and this model therefore omits.
