Remarks

Reference data, so a class (decision D4). The three period dates are bare strings whose prose claims a compact YYYYMMDD form, while both the published example and the live wire carry ISO calendar dates; the map follows the example and the wire, which agree against the prose, and binds LocalDate (D-R9). This is the opposite reading from the SEC v1 filings, whose wire really is compact, so the two families differ on purpose. The published example omits the required timeframe and the optional tickers, both of which the live wire sends.

Properties

AcceptanceTimestamp

When EDGAR accepted the source filing, as the wire sends it. The description says the compact Eastern-time form, yyyyMMddHHmmss; the live wire sent RFC 3339 on 2026-09-03. Kept a string so either form deserializes.
