Remarks

Reference data, so a class (decision D4). ListDate is a calendar date the description types as a bare string; the map binds it to LocalDate because the published example shows the ISO form (D-R9). The share counts and TotalEmployees are doubles because the description declares them numbers; safety over ergonomics is the design goals' order.
