Class Ipo

Namespace
MassiveDotNet.Rest.Models
Assembly
MassiveDotNet.Rest.dll

An initial public offering from the vX reference route: the issuer, the security, its status, the offer's price and size, and the dates that mark it.

public sealed record Ipo : IEquatable<Ipo>
Inheritance
Ipo
Implements
Inherited Members

Remarks

Reference data, so a class (decision D4). The three dates carry format: date and bind LocalDate on their own. IpoV1 is the same offering from the v1 route, whose description types the dates as integers; the two are separate models because their wire types differ (D-R7). The route is experimental and this model is the served one (D-R5).
