Class IpoV1

Namespace
MassiveDotNet.Rest.Models
Assembly
MassiveDotNet.Rest.dll

An initial public offering from the v1 reference route: the same offering as Ipo, with its dates as epoch integers and its share counts as integers.

public sealed record IpoV1 : IEquatable<IpoV1>

Remarks

Reference data, so a class (decision D4). The description types the three dates as 64-bit integers and declares no unit; the route answered a plain-text 404 on 2026-09-03, so the wire cannot settle it. The model follows the description (decision D21) and offers no computed instant until it can (D-R10); the Epoch suffix says the value is a count, not a date. The route's own listing_date filter documents nanoseconds, which is what the fixture assumes.
